the room was beautifully decorated and was clean upon arrival.

The noise was excessive, especially at night. Our room overlooked the entrance, so cigarette smoke drifted in even with closed windows. waiting times for service were also quite long. It took 45 minutes to get served while sitting outside. the staff attitude varied from helpful to frankly miserable

the hotel had beautiful internal designs. i really appreciated the immaculate presentation both inside and outside. the style seemed renaissance or baroque to me (i am no expert). it was great i was just a few minutes' walk from the main square.

The room service menu was pretty limited. It only offered items from the restaurant's menu.
